  Elias Brothers/ Big Boy hasn't done a major overhaul of its interiors or menus for as far back as i can remember; though they have added about 4 or 5 full dinner options, along with some fish and pasta, it's really not a significant change except they raised their prices.
  Our serve was the 1 exception to the rule though this time. She was kind, clean, hair and make up not overdone and pulled up. She was right on top of her tables, cleared dishes as we finished, even filled sodas without needing to be asked...then reminded 20 minutes later when you're still waiting.
  As far as cleanliness goes, the window sills are usually dirty, as are the lights. Items that i know they have time between rushes to do, as well as wiping the seats when they do tables.
  All in all, an average experience everytime with the server being above the norm. this time. May i add without sounding racist in anyway...this was the 1st african american server I've seen this particular Big Boy hire, and she was exceptional in every way!
